Benefits at Sanofi Korea

Creating a work-life balance

Sanofi has a hybrid workplace where employees decide how they want to work. We realise the value of diversity and offer a range of benefits for the health of our employees and their families

We work flexibly.

  • Outside of core hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., employees are free to set their own hours.

  • You can choose to work remotely half the month, depending on the nature of your work and your personal work style.

  • Eliminate individual seats in the office and create an "Activity Based Workplace" (ABW) office that is better suited for collaboration and communication.

We take care of you and your family and value diversity.

  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP): Contract with expert external partners to provide confidential professional counselling, nutrition and fitness, financial education, and more to employees in need.

  • Global Parental Leave: 14 weeks of paid leave (at 100% base salary) for all Sanofi employees worldwide, including men, who take leave for maternity, paternity or childcare.

  • Effective vacation plan: 22 days of basic vacation per year, plus an additional 5 days of summer vacation, and a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 10 days of special paid vacation for employees with more than 5 years of service.

  • Family-friendly benefits: We offer a variety of family-friendly benefits, including "optional benefits" that cover health and family anniversary expenses.
