Training employees, setting expectations and fostering an ethical culture

On joining and periodically thereafter, we ensure that all our employees understand our commitment towards ethics & transparency, and our behavioral expectations from them. Our Code of Ethics guides and reminds all our employees, irrespective of their function, to always be compliant with the applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and industry codes. They are expected to observe highest level of ethical principles in all actions and decisions they take.

We encourage our employees and third parties to raise their concerns and help us identify if we, any of our employees or a third party have failed to uphold the principles of ethics and transparency at any point of time. Accordingly, we take necessary corrective actions.

Choosing our partners

We do a thorough background check before conducting business with our suppliers and contractors. Sanofi Suppliers Code of Conduct requires our suppliers and contractors to observe ethical standards in all of their activities with Sanofi and ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and industry codes.
