Dividend

When our Board of Directors closes off the annual financial statements, it proposes that a portion of our profits for the year be paid to our shareholders as dividend. The amount of the proposed dividend is submitted for approval by the shareholders at the General Meeting. Fully registered shareholders will be paid their dividend automatically by Uptevia, while holders of administered registered shares or bearer shares will be paid their dividend by the financial intermediary that manages their shares.

The Board of Directors convened on January 29, 2025, and proposed a dividend of €3.92 per share, which could be the 30th consecutive year of dividend growth. The dividend will be submitted to the Shareholders’ vote at the General Meeting on April 30, 2025.
